Previously, doctors, nurses, and medical administrators used paper documents to explain things to patients before admission, surgery, and examinations. However, there were problems with different explanations depending on the person, low productivity due to repetition of the same information, and obtaining consent forms on paper also meant there was a risk of them being lost or mis-entered. To solve these issues, we chose WriteVideo.
